Having got the rear end sorted and back onto wheels, progress can head forwards along the sills and door steps...

Well children, can you guess how we are going to remove the old sills? Oh yes, it's plasma time again !!!

Sill off and door step removed too.

Quick test fit, minor trim then clamp up ready to weld.

That'll be one side done then!

Repeat on the other side.

 

After the custom fabrication and general fiddling at the rear, it was nice to have some quick, simple chop and fit work.

Next job is the A post/hinge/flitch things, so could be back to some more complicated bits again !
