Just for once, it would be nice to have a Mini with a decent heater/blower, so why not renovate one ?

Explode it into pieces, clean everything, paint everything, lube the motor, replace the foam seal on the flap, then mastic up the joints so it doesn't leak air like a sieve !

Ready to fit !
