| Here's the full Rover/Lucas EFi system, complete with huge ECU (front) and
the airflow meter. When converted for the Megasquirt the airflow meter gets
junked and a simple bit of bent pipe will connect the plenum to the air filter.
The system fits in quite well as the plenum is a bit lower than the air filter for the Weber DCNF. The bonnet will need to be cut a bit more so the plenum can stick through. Spot the somewhat impractical mounting of the ECU - dangling by a bungee strap from the Landrover mirror. I must admit that the petrol can on the wheel is not optimum either :-) Umm, another shot of the plenum, the cold start injector on the front of the plenum is something else to be removed. |
