Front view of fiberglass flip front back on the car, shows that the top of the plenum chamber kind of 'protrudes'.
Though a suitable 'power bulge' will be quite easy sit over the top.
The grill will also have to be spaced forward about 20mm or stretched around the exhaust manifold.
The Megasquirt just waiting for it's first chance to fire the V8 up.
The loom fits snugly around the inlet manifold following the loop of the fuel rail. The small black filter on the back of the plenum is only temporary, there will be pipe from there to a nice cone filter behind the grill.
Here's the MS sitting on the dash, with the loom looping under and out of the bulkhead via the heater pipe holes.
