For some time I have been aware that small cracks had been growing outwards from the corners of the sunroof, and finally I had the weather and motivation to sort them out... First task was to liberate a spare section of roof from it's guttering. Then mark out what needed doing on the old roof. With battle lines drawn, the jigsaw was delicately applied to the roof. Then it was a simple task to drop the new roof into place. Admittedly, the temporary 'self tap' fixings may need to be sorted out :-) The paint on the old roof was a bit too thick to sand straight away, so Elaine stripped it with the air chisel first ! The lift off roof after a quick blast of matt black.
